Easthampton is officially a destination

Promoting the city’s economic growth and supporting local artists, Easthampton’s was the 16th of now 46 cultural districts in the state recognized by the Mass Cultural Council. “It carved out a very distinct area of the city and really communicated outward our commitment as a city to the arts, and to culture in general,” Mayor Nicole LaChapelle said.
